    <summary type="html">I recently had a c-section 6weeks ago and my Dr. has given me the ok to exercise. Anyone have any suggestions for drills to help get my lower abs back in business? Any one have any advice on Belly dancing after a c-section? I would greatly appreciate you sharing your wisdom!</summary>
