....Obviously dancing is fine throughout for us pregnant dancers but to be on the safe side, I am concentrating on my upper body and posture.
The Rachel Brice DVD is really good as I feel I am still learning and working but with fewer pulls to my sides as the ligaments are soft. My arms are killin though!!!!!!!!
There is also a DVD called Bellydance for Bumps which is more basic but very well put together.
