I have not looked at any pre-natal bellydance video..... However I am a Huge fan of some Great Dvd's for Pre-Natal Yoga out there.... What I love about them is they mention great postures for labor, positions that encourage your bsaby to be in the proper birthing position.... I'm sure BellyDance does a lot of the same..... But I'll admit I've never in my life loved yoga as much as I do now... I probably spend equal if not more time with yoga than dancing these days...... and I definitely love bellydancing more but I've had to cut most of my belly out and have to be careful how much I work my belly / chest..... good luck with the bellydance dvd's but if you are at all curious I highly recommend checking out some pre-natal yoga......
