I did it with modrock, it doesn't take long but you must use plenty of vasiline to stop it sticking. My stuck as peeled away slowly and abit painfully (like a plaster) but did come off!
Don't make it thick either as it dries heavy.
It's incredible how big you look when you take it off!!! It' a good momento of your bump!

Tue, April 29, 2008 - 7:31 AMI loved my bellycast!!! I used proud body and it worked out well... I think i was just about 30-32 weeks... somewhere in there. That's when I thought I couldn't get any bigger (I was sadly mistaken).

Sat, May 3, 2008 - 11:10 AMI used this one too. We had lot's of fun, I just couldn't believe hubby totally enjoyed plastering my body. He had to make it as perfect as possible. Lot's and lot's of fun and totally relaxing for me.

Tue, April 29, 2008 - 8:29 AMMy hubby and I did a belly cast the night before we went into the hospital to have BabyGirl.
We had gone to an orthopedic supply place and bought the plaster strips (strips with plaster already on them).
All you do is wet them and place.
VASELINE! VASELINE! VASELINE! YES!! Rozie hit that one on the head, lol......
and the plaster does tend to get a bit cold, but nothing unbearable or that uncomfortable.
I'm only half finished with the decorating. I used some of the flowers from bouquets we received and decoupaged them.
It is so worth it! -

Sun, July 6, 2008 - 6:34 PMdid mine @ 37 weeks thinking there wasn't much time left. had him at 41 weeks. :) i think we used jojoba oil. poured in xtra while removing since it was a lil' painful. was fun to pop it back on @ 6 weeks post baby 2 show friends who'd seen me at 10 weeks preg last,
